1. Acceptance of terms

By using ArkaHosting services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Services

ArkaHosting offers: web hosting, VPS hosting, domain registration, website development and additional digital services.

3. Payment and billing

Hosting services are paid in advance. For website development: <strong style="color:var(--green)">payment upon full completion and approval</strong> by the client, according to the agreed terms.

4. Refund guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for hosting services. For website development, refund terms are set out in the contract.

5. Prohibited activities

It is prohibited to use our servers for: spam, malicious code, pirated content, or activities that are illegal in the Republic of North Macedonia.
